COCOON CABAN
Inspired by the sculptural volumes traditionally found in couture coatmaking, the Cocoon Caban explores the relationship between structure, movement, and comfort.
The silhouette is defined by a distinctive cocoon shape that gently envelops the body. At the back, a fan-shaped pattern construction creates TKA's signature draped volume, allowing the garment to expand and contract naturally with movement. This architectural approach transforms a classic caban coat into a sculptural form viewed differently from every angle.
Relaxed kimono sleeves extend seamlessly from the body, reinforcing the fluidity of the silhouette while enhancing comfort and ease of wear. A soft shawl collar frames the neckline, balancing the coat's generous volume with a sense of easy elegance.
Crafted using the traditional double-face technique, the coat achieves warmth without unnecessary weight. The construction highlights the beauty of the fabric itself while allowing the silhouette to remain soft, light, and fluid.
Rather than relying on decoration, the design focuses on proportion, volume, and the dialogue between the body and the garment.

Delivery & returns
Pieces in stock ship from Paris in about two weeks. Made-to-order pieces ship about three months after production is confirmed. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are not included and are paid on delivery.
