Made-to-order production

Every TKA Paris piece is made to order at our atelier in Italy. Production for the current collection begins once we place our consolidated production order, scheduled for early August 2026. Orders placed online and at TKA Paris order events are treated identically.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before our production order is placed (scheduled early August 2026). To cancel, email info@tkaparis.com with your order number. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Once production has begun, orders are final and can no longer be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except as described below or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your piece upon delivery or pickup. If it is defective, damaged in transit or not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photographs. We will offer repair, replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued in euros (EUR) to the original payment method. Differences caused by exchange-rate movements or card-issuer fees are outside our control and are not compensated.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence. Where a statutory withdrawal right exists, legal exceptions for made-to-order goods may apply.
