Fourteen days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Write to info@tkaparis.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Sale. Then send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. The cost of sending it back is paid by the customer.

Pieces made for you

Pieces made to your measurements or personalized at your request, such as Maison TKA made-to-measure and bespoke orders, cannot be returned (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). Maison TKA pieces sold ready-made can be returned like any other piece.

Refunds

We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery cost of your order within 14 days of receiving your request, to the original payment method and in euros. We may wait until the piece has arrived back in Paris. Import duties and taxes paid outside the European Union are not refunded by us; they can usually be reclaimed from the carrier or the customs authority.

Defective or incorrect pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and photographs. We will repair it, replace it or refund it in full, including delivery costs. This is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery, Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
