Shipping policy

From Paris

Every order ships from our atelier in Paris, France. Each parcel is tracked and is delivered against a signature.

When your piece leaves the atelier

Pieces in stock leave Paris in about two weeks. Made-to-order pieces ship about three months after production is confirmed. We give you the expected date when you order and write to you if it changes.

Rates and transit times

Rates are per order and are shown at checkout before you pay. Transit times are counted from dispatch.

Duties and import taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT and there are no customs charges.

For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are shown without EU VAT, and neither the price nor the shipping rate includes import duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees. These are set by the destination country and are collected from the recipient by DHL, usually before or on delivery. Shipments to the United States are subject to US import duties whatever their value.

If a parcel is refused or the import charges are not paid, the cost of returning it and any charges we cannot recover will be deducted from the refund.

Address and delivery

Please check that your delivery address is complete. If a parcel has to be sent again because of an incorrect address, the new shipping cost is paid by the customer. Risk passes to you on delivery.
