Delivery timeline

All pieces are made to order. Delivery times vary by piece, and current lead times run several months from order confirmation. Dates are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed by email if timing changes.

Pickup

Complimentary pickup is available at TKA Paris order events and by appointment, where offered. Pickup incurs no shipping cost and no additional import charges.

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped by tracked international courier (e.g. DHL) from the European Union or from Japan, depending on the collection. Shipping costs are shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch. TKA Paris is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections or events beyond our reasonable control.

Import duties, customs fees and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes (such as VAT or Japanese consumption tax) imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are payable by the recipient, usually to the carrier at or before delivery.

• Deliveries to Japan: our products are made in Italy. Goods of EU preferential origin may qualify for reduced or zero customs duty under the Japan–EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA); Japanese consumption tax and clearance fees may still apply.
• Exact amounts are determined by the destination customs authority; please contact your local customs office for details.
• If a shipment is refused or import charges remain unpaid, return shipping and non-refundable charges may be deducted from any refund.

Risk and delivery address

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate; re-shipment costs due to an incorrect address are borne by the customer.
