1. Who we are

tkaparis.com is operated by TKA DESIGN SAS, 16 Rue de l'Exposition, 75007 Paris, France, operating as "TKA Paris". Contact: info@tkaparis.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made on tkaparis.com and orders placed at TKA Paris order events that are processed through our online store.

3. Orders

Completing checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment failure, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout; import duties and taxes are governed by our Shipping Policy and are borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Exchange rates and card fees are set by your card issuer.

5. Made-to-order items

Our pieces are produced on demand. Estimated delivery for the current collection is from September 2026 onwards; dates are indicative. Cancellations and returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Discount codes

Promotional codes are personal, may require a minimum number of items, cannot be combined with other codes, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn in case of error or misuse.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (designs, images, texts, logos) is the property of TKA DESIGN SAS. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
